Associate – Emmanuel Gere

Emmanuel Gere has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2025.

His practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, securities law as well as corporate group reorganizations, in France and abroad. He also advises clients in litigation matters, particularly in corporate law and securities law. Emmanuel is a graduate of Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Collège de droit, Class of 2020) and holds, from the same university, a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business and Tax Law as well as a Magistère de Droit des activités économiques (Class of 2022).

Prior to being sworn in, Emmanuel completed several internships with leading French and Anglo-Saxon law firms in M&A and litigation, as well as at the Paris Court of Appeal and within the legal department of an investment fund.
